Managers zijn niet gesynchroniseerd tussen HRCore/Portal en Self Service (Change 5676909)

Wanneer een klant managerautorisaties naar Self Service wilde exporteren, werden de managers één voor één geïmporteerd in Self Service. Dit betekende dat het een tijd kon duren voordat alle managers in Self Service waren geimporteerd waardoor deze manager niet de juiste autorisatie sin Self Swrvice hadden. Dit is nu opgelost. Alle aangeboden managers met bijbehorende autorisaties worden tegelijkertijd geïmporteerd in Self Service.

Ik vervang overzicht is niet volledig zichtbaar omdat er niet in het overzicht gescrolld kan worden (Change 5524048)

Bij de functie: _Ik vervang_ is het bijgaande overzicht (als je klikt op Details) niet te scrollen. Je ziet niet het hele overzicht. Dit hebben we opgelost.
In dit overzicht zie je alle Activiteiten en afdelingen waarvoor de medewerker extra is geautoriseerd met betrekking to de _ik vervang_ functionaliteit. 

Het overzicht: 

Maak de velden in het venster Kopiëren/Hernoemen leeg nadat je hebt opgeslagen (Change 5519189)

Na het opslaan in functie: _Kopiëren/hernoemen_ worden de velden geleegd zoals het hoort.

Bij Verlofoverzicht onder tabblad Saldo wordt 2x Verlofsoort getoond (Ideeënportaal) 

In het verlofoverzicht onder het tabblad Saldo ziet u een header met de tekst Verlofsoort.
Daaronder wordt echter het totaal aantal verlofuren getoond waar je recht op hebt in het huidige verlofjaar. We hebben de header aangepast naar Verlofuren totaal.

Scriptkolom in Controles toont HTML tekens in plaats van nummers en text (Change 5620921)

Deze wijziging is bedoeld om de scriptkolom in Controle te repareren en tekst en cijfers weer te geven in plaats van HTML-code.

Vanaf 3 januari 2024 zijn de nieuwe workflows, dialogen en formulieren ter ondersteuning van onze HRYou App beschikbaar via de functie: Importeren definities

Onderstaande nieuwe declaratie formulieren en bijbehorende workflows zijn beschikbaar om de HRYou App declaratieprocessen te ondersteunen waardoor de manager en de HR professional de HRYou App mutaties kunnen bekijken en/of goedkeuren. 

Deze formulieren heb je nodig als je een nieuw HRYou App declaratieproces wilt activeren. In de configuratiehandleiding van onze HRYou App vind je de juiste inrichting. Deze configuratiehandleiding komt rond 15 januari ter beschikking via de community.

Managers are not synced between HRCore/Portal and Self Service (Change 5676909)
When a customer wanted to export manager authorizations to Self Service, the managers were imported one by one into Self Service. This meant that it could take a while for all managers to be imported into Self Service, meaning that these managers did not have the correct authorization for Self Swrvice. This has now been resolved. All offered managers with associated authorizations are imported into Self Service at the same time.

I replace overview is not fully visible because the overview cannot be scrolled (Change 5524048)
With the function: _I replace_, the accompanying overview (if you click on Details) cannot be scrolled. You don't see the whole overview. We have solved this.
In this overview you see all Activities and departments for which the employee is additionally authorized with regard to the _I replace_ functionality.

Clear the fields in the Copy/Rename window after saving (Change 5519189)
After saving in function: _Copy/rename_ the fields are cleared as they should be.

At Leave overview under the Balance tab, 2x Leave types are shown (Ideas Portal)
In the leave overview under the Balance tab you will see a header with the text Leave type.
However, below this the total number of leave hours you are entitled to in the current leave year is shown. We have changed the header to Leave hours total.

Script column in Controls shows HTML characters instead of numbers and text (Change 5620921)
This change is to fix the script column in Control to display text and numbers instead of HTML code.

From January 3, 2024, the new workflows, dialogues and forms to support our HRYou App will be available via the function: Import definitions

The new declaration forms and associated workflows below are available to support the HRYou App declaration processes, allowing the manager and the HR professional to view and/or approve the HRYou App changes.

You will need these forms if you want to activate a new HRYou App declaration process. You will find the correct setup in the configuration manual of our HRYou App. This configuration manual will be available through the community around January 15.

Hier vind je de dagen waarop de YouServe releases in 2024 zijn gepland.

• Tijdens de releases op de geplande zaterdagen zijn de applicaties tijdelijk niet beschikbaar. Welke producten die dag een release hebben, melden we vooraf via onze maandelijkse berichten bij Releases.
• Op de geplande zondagen vinden de maandelijkse (security) patches op de Infrastructuur plaats. Hierdoor zijn de applicaties niet beschikbaar tussen 18.00 en 24.00 uur.
• Op de geplande dinsdagen vindt onderhoud plaats aan het netwerk. De applicaties blijven beschikbaar, maar er kunnen voor kortere momenten onderbrekingen zijn. Dit onderhoud vindt plaats tussen 20.00 en 24.00 uur.
