404 error when clicking on a task from My Tasks in Portal (Change 2898415)

If you clicked on a task in the menu: “My tasks” in Portal, you could get a 404 error and not open and handle the task. This has now been resolved.


Activation of User Management

In Administration / System / Settings there is now the option to activate the functionality User management yourself. Activation for this could only be done by Raet.

If you check User Management, the roles from the HR Core will be synchronized every 30 minutes and all role authorizations entered at enduser level (manager) will be overwritten.

Attention: after saving, the change cannot be turned back anymore.

  • Click on the button Cancel to go back to settings.

  • Click on the button Save to continue and activate User management.


e-Signing portal: updated URL & sender

Regarding the digital signing of documents, an optimization will be made whereby the sender has been changed from IntraOffice Digital Signing <noreply@intraofficesigning.com> to Youforce Digital Signing <noreply@youforce.com>. The reason for the change is recognition and uniformity of the e-mails sent from Self Service.

The URL of the signing portal will be adjusted accordingly: https://esigning.youforce.com.

The modified Quick Reference Card and a manual can be downloaded from the community of Digital Signing (Dutch only).

On 27-07-2021 an announcement (Dutch only) was published on the communities of Digital Signing and Self Service about this change to enable you to create any required communication to inform your employees. Not yet done? Check whether this is necessary in order to inform everyone who is involved.
