This document describes the new functionality and improvements introduced by this release. Some of these changes have been inspired by messages and reports from customers. Where relevant, we have included a number in the section title to refer to the identification of the message (change .....) in question in our system. Solved Messages No training details in report Training programmes followed  (change #1228505)  Message In some cases, employees training details were not displayed in this report. Solution The employee training details will be displayed now and the file format is changed from CSV (Comma separated) to MS Excel. Access to tile Evaluation of Employees (change #1326870)  Message Access to tile Evaluation Of Employees needs to be enabled to view Evaluation By Employees Solution The separate authorization for the tiles Evaluation of Employees and Evaluation by Employees now works correctly. Solved changes The employee does not receive a training agenda e-mail (change #7086571) Message This problem occurred for employees with a simultaneous employee role and manager role. If employee role specific emails were turned on, but manager role specific emails off and the employee requested a training, the agenda e-mail was not sent. Solution By default, every employee has an employee role, but some of them have also a manager role, In this case, Learning Management decided to set the manager role as default for this employee. After this release, the additional role check mechanism will check the settings for each of the roles separately, not only for the default role. In the same situation (employee role specific email setting is on, manager role specific email setting is off), if the employee is logged in as manager he will now receive a training agenda e-mail. The employee cannot be placed into training session despite available places (request #6583371) Message During the request process is shown that there are available places, but when the employee is assigned to the session, error message The place is already occupied, choose a different date is shown Solution Employees could not be assigned to the session, despite available places in it, because the system did check the total count of training requests for that session without checking training request status. After this release, only those training requests which have a status Approved are taken into account for determining available places. Publishing Date : 4/18/2019

Solved changes Training reminder e-mail notification is sent to employees even after they have registered for a training session (change 1350800) Message In case of an expired employee certificate in combination with an employee training registration, training reminder e-mails were sent to employees continuously according to the configured period of time. Solution Reminders were sent without checking if the employee had already been assigned to a new training session – only the certificate status was checked, hence the e-mail reminders were sent. A condition to ensure that e-mail notifications are no longer sent continuously has been added: The new training session date should be between the certificate expiration reminder start date and the certificate expiration date. If there are multiple certificate training sessions, the date of the first session is used. If the employee is assigned to a training session for which the start date is before the certificate expiration date, the reminder e-mail notification will not be sent. The same e-learning appears several times (change 1371123) Message For some employees, the same e-learning course appears several times. When the "Start e-learning" button for passed/completed e-learnings is pressed, the page will not refresh. As a result, it is possible to press it several times and create multiple new e-learning rows. Solution Page refresh functionality has been updated. After the "Start e-learning" button is pressed, the page will be refreshed and the button disabled. It is no longer possible to create multiple records. After the release, duplicate e-learning records will be removed and e-learning records, which were duplicated, will be updated. E-learning training status, score, etc. will also be synchronized with the e-learning provider. Publishing Date : 5/24/2019
