Solved messages Preventing duplicating e-learnings (change #2019804) Message Learning Management created a new e-learning when the user accidentally used the action button Start e-learning on e-learning that was already started before. Solution If you click on the start button for e-learning that you have already started, the system presents a message and no duplicate is created. Also, we have added the columns E-learning current status and E-learning previous status to the My profile Education history page Action No action is required Last followed date not correct (change #2257280) Message The last successfully completed date for the e-learning was also based on passed or failed training. Solution The last successfully completed date is now presented only for previous training which was successfully completed. For example, an employee has a recurring e-learning "E-LearningTest" once per month. The employee has successfully passed training on 01/07/2018 and failed on 01/08/2018. The last followed date will be 01/07/2018, not 01/08/2018 as previously. Action No action is required Training status updates are being sent to expired employments after completion of the training (change #2019770) Message A status update message was sent to the expired employment.  Solution Learning management will now only update employments with non-expired employments. Solved messages An employee with a terminated employment remains visible with the status 'Asap' (change #2020497) Message The employee remains active in the 'assign asap' category, even with a terminated employment contract. Solution The employee with no actual contract service will no longer be visible under assign ASAP for any training. Your action No action is required. E-learning duration time calculation question (change #2022275) Message Column e-learning duration can be hidden from page.   Solution The column showing duration of the e-learning can be removed from the page Below you find the samples of this page when with or without this column. Opgeloste wijzigingen De namen van rapporten zijn afhankelijk van de gekozen taalinstellingen Melding De bestandsnamen van gedownloade rapporten komen niet overeen met de gekozen taal in de Youforce Portal.  Oplossing  Voortaan verschillen de bestandsnamen van gedownloade rapporten in Opleidingsmanagement, afhankelijk van de gekozen talen in de Youforce Portal. De herinneringsmail voor een opleiding is gebaseerd op een onjuiste datum. Melding De herinneringsmail voor een opleiding werd geactiveerd op de datum van de laatste bewerking in plaats van op Laatst gevolgd. Voorbeeld: Een medewerker is eerst gemarkeerd voor de volgende sessie op 24/01/2019 en daarna voor een volgende sessie op 03/12/2018. Hierbij wordt 03/12/2018 beschouwd als de datum waarop de opleiding voor het laatst is gevolgd. Dit moet 24/01/2019 zijn. Oplossing  In plaats van te verwijzen naar de laatst gemarkeerde sessie, wordt voortaan gecontroleerd op de laatst gevolgde sessie. Het samenvoegveld voor de algemene naam wordt onjuist weergegeven in trainingscertificaten. Melding De naam van de medewerker wordt onjuist weergegeven wanneer een certificaat wordt gemaakt voor een training. Oplossing  De juiste medewerkernaam wordt nu verzonden naar het sjabloon voor het trainingscertificaat. De naam van de medewerker wordt nu juist weergegeven. Publishing Date : 2/22/2019

Solved Messages Training history printout Excel format .XLS is not supported (#4471529) Message Training history printout Excel format .XLS is not supported. Solution The training history printout was generated in .XLS format, which is not supported by most applications. The printout is now generated in the .XLSX Excel file format. Assignment to a training course is not registered in the employee card (#11813086) Message Employees who are assigned to a training course cannot see the training in their employee card, even though the assignment is visible in the training session. Solution All the training courses assigned to the employee will now be visible in the Trainings section of the employee card. Publishing Date : 3/20/2020

E-mail notification to the manager if an employee did not complete e-learning Why The manager wants to be notified if an employee did not complete e-learning. How We have created a possibility to automatically send an email if an employee fails an e-learning training. This can be enabled or disabled by the parameter setting Email to manager: e-learning not successfully completed by employee. If this setting is enabled, e-mail uses the learning management template Email manager: e-learning employee not successfully completed to create the email for the manager. The template subject and text of content can be changed by the administrator.     Solved Changes Decimal numbers are not supported in Adhoc training costs (change #1679539) Message Adhoc training costs cannot be registered with decimals. Solution  Now you can enter Adhoc training costs with decimals. We have also created this feature in all other related system areas such as: the learning budget functionality for employee and department the budget widget on the front page of learning management study contracts  Publishing Date : 1/24/2020

Gewijzigd en verbeterd Wijzigingen in rapporten van kandidaten die zijn toegewezen aan een sessie Melding Dit rapport heeft een nieuw datumfilter en de nieuwe kolom Ingedeeld datum.  Oplossing We hebben een filter Sessiedatum (Notatie: maand, dag, jaar) toegevoegd aan het rapport "Kandidaten die momenteel zijn ingedeeld", zoals weergegeven in de onderstaande afbeelding. Bovendien bevat het rapport nu de kolom Ingedeeld datum. Opgeloste wijzigingen Wanneer een herhaalde instantie van dezelfde opleiding wordt ingevoerd, wordt de bestaande opleiding overschreven (981785, 1097697) Waarom Wanneer een herhaalde instantie van een opleiding van een medewerker wordt ingevoerd, wordt de bestaande opleiding in het systeem overschreven. Oplossing Er is een extra controle toegevoegd voor "Laatst gevolgd". Hierdoor verschijnt er een nieuwe vermelding in de opleiding geschiedenis van de medewerker. De nieuwe opleiding is zichtbaar in de opleidingsgeschiedenis. De kolom Naam opleiding is toegevoegd aan het rapport Deelnemers per opleiding Waarom De naam van de opleiding wordt niet weergegeven in het rapport Deelnemers per opleiding. Oplossing De naam van de opleiding wordt samen met de details van de medewerker weergegeven in dit rapport. Anonieme e-mailadressen in het scherm Opleidingsmanagement bij het versturen van een e-mail naar alle kandidaten Waarom Het e-mailadres van kandidaten was zichtbaar in de lijst met ontvangers in de e-mail van Opleidingsmanagement. Oplossing De lijst met ontvangers wordt nu verborgen in de e-mail van Opleidingsmanagement. Agenda-uitnodigingen in Opleidingsmanagement (Change 1080798) Melding De tijdzone van de gebruiker wordt in alle agendavermeldingen geconverteerd naar UTC, wat leidt tot onjuiste aanvragen in de agenda. Oplossing De tijdzone van de gebruiker wordt voortaan gebruikt als de standaardinstelling en onjuiste tijdsinstellingen worden geconverteerd naar de tijdzone van het bedrijf. De aanvragen in de agenda worden geconverteerd naar de tijdzone van de gebruiker en vervolgens verzonden naar de genodigden. Duidelijke beschrijvingen toevoegen aan certificaten die worden geüpload naar Dossier. Melding Certificaten die vanuit Opleidingsmanagement worden geüpload, hebben alleen de vermelding Certificaat. Oplossing De naam van de opleiding is toegevoegd in de beschrijving van het certificaat. Known issue Tijdens de upload van het certificaat blijft het percentage van status bar (Voortgang documenten in Personeelsdossier plaatsen) op nul staan. Het certificaat wordt echter wel direct afgeleverd bij Personeelsdossier. U kunt dit eventueel in deze applicatie controleren. Publishing Date : 2/1/2019

Modified and Improved Hide empty training description fields Message If employees apply for training, they see all the subjects even if the related fields are not filled. Solution In cases where training details sections do not have content, they are hidden, except for Description and Schedules sessions fields, which are always visible.   Old presentation New presentation Employee training widget shows incorrect session time for multi-day sessions Message The Employee widget did not show a session start time and end time for a multi-day training session. Modified and improved Visibility of multi-day training sessions (change 1641097) Message Not all sessions of a multi-day training are visible in the employee home page. Solution On the home screen of the employee, we will now show all sessions of the current and future training sessions. Publishing Date : 9/20/2019

Solved Changes Copy of e-learning training is saved as classical training  Message When an existing e-learning is copied, the copy is saved as a classical training. Solution After this release, creating a copy of the existing e-learning will lead to the copy being saved as e-learning. The widget Assigned training does not show the correct number of training programs (change11900933) Message When a user is logged in with the employee role, the Assigned section of the training data widget returns an incorrect number of training programs. Solution In the previous release, we introduced the change that the Assigned section of the employee training data widget only displays future training programs. However, the Assigned section showed the total number of training programs the employee was assigned for. After this release, the Assigned section returns the correct number of training programs. Training agenda printout functionality does return a system error (change 12287694) Message A system error is shown when the user is trying to create a training schedule printout. Solution After this release, the training agenda printout is available. After pressing the print button in the training agenda window, the printout version is shown. Publishing Date : 10/25/2019

Autorisatie Tegel Evaluaties door medewerkers (change # 1326870) Melding De toegang tot de functie Evaluaties van medewerkers was afhankelijk van de autorisatie van Evaluatie door medewerkers. Oplossing De separate authorisatie voor de tegels Evaluatie van medewerkers en Evaluatie door medewerkers werkt nu correct. Op basis van de ingestelde autorisaties tonen wij nu de juiste tegels. Solved messages Tile Own choice training is visible, even if it is disabled in settings (change #2616875) Message Tile Own choice training is visible, despite blocking this option in Settings | Parameters | Traning request wizard. Solution If logged in as manager or employee and settings to view own choice training is disabled, the tile is not visible. In this case, this option is only visible to the administrator. Solved messages Deletion of an ad-hoc training (change #2694154) Message Ad-hoc training, when they are created, was permanently visible in the system and users were never able to remove them. Solution The administrators of the company are now able to remove employee-created ad-hoc training with the following pop-up message. In the background, Learning Management will save the information about the deletion. Action No action required. Publishing Date : 6/25/2021

This document describes the new functionality and improvements introduced by this release. Some of these changes have been inspired by messages and reports from customers. Where relevant, we have included a number in the section title to refer to the identification of the message (change .....) in question in our system. New Calendar upgrade  Message Learning management has a feature to mark an employee as followed the training for future training sessions. Learning Management first page training session data widget shows the total number of employees assigned to a training session, but the training calendar page shows only those employees who are not marked as followed the training. To align the displayed information in the first-page widget and in training calendar, training calendar should be updated with a column to show data of employees which were marked as followed the training.   Solution To solve this issue, we have made the necessary adjustments to the training calendar. The Attendees (Deelnemers) column has been renamed Assigned. The Assigned section contains employees who are assigned to the session and who have not been marked as "followed" (existing functionality). We have added a Followed column next to the Assigned column. The Followed section contains employees assigned to a particular session who have been marked as "followed."   Solved Changes Inactive courses are still visible (request #1586583) Previously started E-learning modules cannot be continued (request #11428477) Message An employee is unable to start inactive E-learning modules from My E-learning programs. Solution E-learning modules that have been marked as "Inactive" now appear in My E-learning programs only if the E-learning status is "Started." The Launch E-learning button will be active and the employee will be able to continue previously started E-learning modules. When the status of the E-learning module is "Failed," "Completed," or "Passed," the Launch E-learning button will be disabled, and the employee will not be able to continue the module.  Learning management notification e-mails were not being sent to employees (request #11124545) Message Notification e-mails about learning requests, request acceptance, etc. are not sent to employees. Solution This issue has been solved, and e-mails will now be sent to the employees. Publishing Date : 7/25/2019

Modified and Improved Changes to Report Candidates assigned to the session Message This report has a new Date filter and we have added the column Assigned Date. Solution We have added a new filter Session date to report Candidates report classified for training (Format: Month, Day and Year) as shown below. Also this report contains a new column Assigned Date.   Solved Changes Entering a repeated instance of the same training overwrites the existing training  (981785, 1097697) Why Entering a repeated instance of an employee's training overwrites the employee's existing training in the system. Solution An extra check has been added for the Last followed date. This will create a new entry in the employee's training history. Now the new training will be visible in Training History. Add 'Training name' column to Participants per training program report Why The training name is not presented in the Participants per training programme report. Solution The training name along with the employee details are now shown in this report. Anonymizing emails in Learning Management screen when sending an email to all candidates Why The Candidate's email address was visible in the Recipients' list of the Learning Management mail. Solution The Recipient's List is now hidden in the Learning management mail. Calendar invites in Learning Management (Change 1080798) Message All calendar entries are converted to UTC from the user's own time zone, resulting in incorrect calendar requests. Solution The customer's time zone will be used as the default setting, and incorrect time settings will be converted to the company's time zone. The Calendar requests will be converted to the customer-specific time zone and then sent to the invitees. Add meaningful descriptions to certificates uploaded to Dossier. Message Certificates uploaded from Learning management are identified only as Certificate . Solution We have added the Training Name as a part of Certificate description. Known Issue During uploading the certificate to Personnel File, the status bar (Voortgang documenten in Personeelsdossier plaatsen) will only show 0 % progress. However, the certificate will be uploaded to Personnel File. You can check this in Personnel File. Publishing Date : 2/1/2019

Solved Changes Report names depend on the chosen language settings Message File names of downloaded reports do not correspond with the chosen language in Youforce Portal.  Solution  From now on the file names of downloaded reports from Learning Management will vary, depending on the chosen languages in Youforce portal.   Training Email reminder is based on a incorrect date. Message The training reminder email was triggered on the last edited date, not on the last followed date. Example: An employee is first marked as following session on 24/01/2019 and after that marked for a next session on 03/12/2018, the date 03/12/2018 is considered as the latest followed date. This should be 24/01/2019 Solution  Instead of referring to last marked session, we now will check on the last followed session. Merge field common name is displayed incorrectly in training certificates. Message Employee name is displayed incorrectly when creating the certificate for a training. Solution  The correct employee name is now sent to the training certificate template. The employee's name will now be displayed correctly. Publishing Date : 2/22/2019
