Hi, I want to insert the scanresults. Apart from this, please include what happens when you try to perform the same operation in the UI. I am not allowed to log in in the administration, I will ask the user to try. Where I can attach a TXT file , because if I drag it in I get an error.

Hi, We do assign the serialnumbers at receiving the goods. We use a scanprogram for orderpicking, the people in the warehouse want to scan the serialnumber that they first see and not the requested one in Visma. Now they have to call to the administration to tell wich serialnumber comes first. it just don't work for us that way. we want to be flexibel.

Hi, We see that are different ways of showing the shipmentlines in a shipment if there are serialnumbers needed. Version 1: there is one line for a article with serialnumbers, in allocations you can see wich serialnumbers are needed. Version 2: For every serialnumber there is a new shipmentline, even if it's the same article. In ScanSuite, our scan program, you see the lines from the shipment. With version 1 everything is perfect, you open the line and you see the serialnumbers. In version 2 you get 4 lines for every serialnumbers, for 2 pieces that is ok, but not with 40 pieces. Can you tell why there are different ways? Now we always have to check wich ways te lines are delivered, because we have to PUT with the right linenumbers in the line en the alllocation line.

Hello, Since this morning we don't receive the webhook notifications from the Visma API. GET calls works fine, so there is still a connection with the API. the webhook notification says it has been sent... Can you see in the logging if there is something wrong? Different clients can not work with the integration right now.. Thanks

Hi Yildirim, It would be very nice if there is an options to get the available serialnumbers of the inventoryitem. We want to validate the serialnumbers while moving the items to a new location. Is there an other way to check te current serialnumbers of the inventoryitem? It has a big priority for our scanprogram. Thanks

Hello,
We use the automation action a lot for the shipments, it works very well! With the action we can send an pick to the scanner, so the people in the warehouse can pick the order.
For Purchase receipts we have to use the actomation action in the purchase order, this make it not easy for the user. The reason that we use the purchase receipt in stead of purchase order is because in the lines the picklocation is showed, this is not the case in the purchase orders.
After we have made a purchase receipt we go back to the purchase order to click on the action, it would be better if we can click on the action in the purchase receipt itself.
