Hi @Ella Del Grosso , It seems in this scenario there are not many users that will choose to have a replacement while being off for 1 day only (being considered as a short period of time and most users prefer to continue with their tasks themselves when they return). Additionally, HR Self-Service will integrate with and use the Central Delegations component in Youforce sometime in 2023; that's why we'll not invest time in the development of the delegations/ replacements in HRSS. Hi, @Functioneel Beheer  Currently, we have an initial batch of customers that are using the Here integration for the distance calculation functionality, they have been informed about it individually. Based on their feedback and the monitoring we have in place, we'll soon decide and publish the timeline for the overall switch of all customers to Here. When you say 'the old route calculation tile' do you refer to the 'Afstandsberekening' module (used for calculating distances, showing map and bulk calculations)? If so,  that is a separate module from HR Self Service, we're not managing it. However, if you provide us with the name of your company, I can ask my colleagues to check what happened. Hi Ramon The person that needs to sign documents generated as part of a workflow doesn't  necessarily have to be responsible for a certain activity of that workflow.  The employee that is responsible for the activity can send the documents for signing to any email address (even if they are not yet a user/ employee in HR Self Service). At the end of august 2020, we improved this area by marking with a red icon in the "To do" list - the workflows that are waiting for a digital signature to happen. In this way, the user is able to observe which ones are blocked without clicking on them. In the future, we'll diversify the icons to not only show that the digital signature is pending but to also show if the signing is expired or rejected. For the moment there will be no change in the workflow execution transitions, they will remain as they are. Regards, Ana ... View more

I've requested a trial to ValidSign so that I can try it myself; also, it would be really useful for me if you could show me your case, the current processes you have set up there. I have more questions for you related to the mentioned points, I think the most useful for them to be answered will be in an online meeting, if you agree. Flexible workflow  - from what points of view? Word as input - for the first signature I assume (how many signatures/workflow you use in your current process?) Add separate attachments that cannot be signed (we have that on our list of improvements with Intradata - to include documents that will be visible in the signing portal as ViewOnly without requiring a signature) Not blocking the further process - what is there that you would need to be able to do, as long as the signature is not done? Hi Samantha, It means something went wrong with the sending process and that's why it still appears as Not sent. Please send me the customer name and mutation number to ana.maria.nichitelea@visma.com and we'll further look into it. The expected behaviour of the system is to show in Batch Signing all documents related to e-Signing, the ones queued up to be sent and also the ones already sent (directly from the WF or from batch signing page). We'll soon improve even more the Batch Signing page and you'll be able to see: the details of the signing user (email & phone + date when it was sent) - this will make it easier for you to spot any probable mistakes in the email address or in the phone number new status = "Sending" to show when documents are on their way to Intradata, but not completely Sent Thank you!  Kind regards, Ana ... Hi Samantha, Thank you so much for your feedback, it's really useful for us.  Since I'm reading an automatic translation (to English) of your feedback  - I want to make sure I understand the exact details of your case: when you send a document to be signed directly from the Workflow, it is then not visible on the "Batch Signing" page/ "Sent documents" tab? If so, is the document visible on the "Batch Signing" page/ "Documents" or it's not there at all? Depending on the size of the documents - it might take from a few seconds to 1-2 minutes for the documents to be sent and in that time the documents might still appear with the status "Not Sent" and therefore in the "Documents" tab. Hi Joey, Thank you so much for providing feedback to us.  So far we don't have this option available from our digital signature provider and if we would have it - it would be more expensive for you, as we'd need to cover the SMS costs. Hi J. Spoelman, Could you provide more details about the advantage of having the workflow one step forward: moving towards Beaufort and associated systems? What if (for example) the document will not be signed and needs corrections? will that influence the fact that info has already been sent to connected systems? I'm asking since we're also looking into the possibility of keeping the workflow in the current activity until the signature is done and only afterwards moving the workflow to the next activity.
