28 april 2025 - Tijdelijke stopzetting mogelijkheid tot aanpassingen in multilingual module vanaf 5 mei
In HR Self Service zijn we bezig met het in productie nemen van de verbeterde meertalige module. We gaan de huidige vertalingen overzetten naar deze nieuwe module. Dit betekent dat we vanaf maandag 5 mei de optie om vertalingen aan te passen tijdelijk zullen uitschakelen. We verwachten deze functionaliteit eind mei weer te kunnen activeren.
Mocht je dringend een vertaling willen laten aanpassen die niet kan wachten, maak dan een ticket aan. Wij zullen de aanpassing dan voor je uitvoeren.

Workflow uitgesloten voor niet manager (Change 55552960)
Oorzaak: In de functie 'Uitsluiten workflow' wordt bij het uitsluiten van een manager ook andere rollen uitgesloten.
Oplossing: We hebben het probleem opgelost, voor een manager sluiten we nu alleen de rol MGR uit.

Verwijder knop werkt niet bij declaraties met Excel formaat (Change 7743554)
Oorzaak: Bij het klikken op de knop "Verwijderen" in een uitgebreide uitgave treedt een JavaScript-fout op. Hierdoor wordt de knop uitgeschakeld en kan de mutatie niet worden verwijderd.
Oplossing: We hebben maatregelen genomen om de JavaScript-fout te voorkomen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de knop "Verwijderen" correct werkt, zodat declaratie mutaties kunnen worden verwijderd.

Formulieren of dialoogvensters zijn nog steeds meerdere keren zichtbaar in de Template Editor (Change 8119849)
Het probleem van de gedupliceerde templates is opgelost. In de Template Editor moeten de gedupliceerde templates (formulieren en/of dialogen) nog wel worden verwijderd. Het Template Editor-team zal dit verzorgen.
Update wijziging in de afzender van verstuurde mail
Het wijzigen van het noreply e-mailadres in Self Service naar noreply@youserve.nl is met twee weken uitgesteld. We houden je op de hoogte wanneer we het noreply e-mailadres gaan wijzigen. Dit uitstel heeft geen gevolgen.

April 28, 2025 - Temporary suspension of the option to adjust the multilingual module from May 5
In HR Self Service, we are currently putting the improved multilingual module into production. We will transfer the current translations to this new module. This means that we will temporarily disable the option to adjust translations from Monday, May 5. We expect to be able to reactivate this functionality at the end of May.
If you urgently need to have a translation adjusted that cannot wait, please create a ticket. We will then carry out the adjustment for you.

Workflow excluded for non-managers (Change 55552960)
Cause: In the function 'Exclude workflow,' excluding a manager also resulted in other roles being excluded.
Solution: We have resolved the issue, when excluding a manager, only the MGR role is excluded.

Delete Button is not working for expense mutations with Excel sheets (Change 7743554)
Rootcause: A JavaScript error occurs when clicking the Delete button in an extended expense, which disables the button and prevents the deletion of the mutation.
Solution: Implement measures to prevent the JavaScript error, ensuring the Delete button functions correctly and allows for the deletion of expense mutations.

The problem of duplicated templates has been resolved. In the Template Editor, the duplicated templates (forms and/or dialogs) still need to be removed. The Template Editor team will take care of this.
Update change in sender of sent mail
Changing the noreply email address in Self Service to noreply@youserve.nl has been postponed by two weeks. We will keep you informed when we will change the noreply email address. This postponement has no consequences.
