Radio buttons improved

The radio buttons of the Self Service forms are improved and their working is more clear now. Radio buttons appear on one or multiple lines, depending on the amount of characters for every option. It works as follows:

• Having 2 options in the same line is possible if each option has 7 characters each or less.
• Having 3 options in the same line is only possible if each option has 3 characters or less
• When one of the options has more than 7 characters, each option will be on different lines.
• Is not possible to have 4 options on the same line

Menu: Beheer > Workflowdefinitie  > Functieknoppen 

The page Functieknoppen has been transferred to the new look & feel. This is including a new icon picker.

Self Service Business - New future employee can log in Self Service before the contract start date has begun

A new employee can now log in to Self Service before the recruitment date has started. In this way, the new employee can fill in details in advance and no one else has to do this anymore.

Search box in Digital Signing documents page (Batch Signing)

Users can use the new search box to search after any column parameter.

Export and Verlofinstellingen pages in new look & feel

With this release we have transferred the Export and Verlofinstellingen pages (in Beheer) into the new look and feel.

No download when file name contains quotation marks

When a document contains the special character " (quotation mark) in the file name, the upload to Personnel Dossier is not possible. As from this release this character will be replaced by a _ (underscore), so the file can be uploaded.

Status knob pages in new look & feel

With this release we have transferred the Status knob pages (in Beheer) into the new look & feel.

End status knob pages in new look & feel with coloring again

The colors within the end status knob pages were not shown. This caused confusion. Now, the red coloring appears when the mutation is set to 'not exportable' and the green coloring appears when the mutation can be moved to the next step.

Hier vind je de dagen waarop de YouServe releases in 2025 zijn gepland.

• Tijdens de releases op zaterdag zijn de applicaties tijdelijk niet beschikbaar.
• Op de geplande zondagen vinden de maandelijkse (security) patches op de Infrastructuur plaats. Hierdoor zijn de applicaties niet beschikbaar tussen 18.00 en 24.00 uur. 
• Op de geplande dinsdagen vindt onderhoud plaats aan het netwerk. De applicaties blijven beschikbaar, maar er kunnen voor kortere momenten onderbrekingen zijn. Dit onderhoud vindt plaats tussen 20.00 en 24.00 uur.

Voor de zaterdag releases melden we vooraf welke producten die dag een release hebben, via onze maandelijkse berichten in Releases.
