Bug opgelost: Wanneer klanten een PDF wilden afdrukken, werkte dit niet vanaf de pagina Workflow op de pagina; Bijlagen
In een workflow op pagina: Bijlagen. Als je op de Button: Bijlage printen klikte, kreeg je een foutmelding. Dit is nu opgelost.
Gebruikers hebben geen toegang tot Self Service (Change 6303744)
Tijdens het validatieproces van de authenticatie is een fout ontdekt. Onze betrokken teams hebben de hoofdoorzaak geïdentificeerd en vastgesteld dat het probleem ontstond bij de overstap naar het gebruik van een nieuwe cookie. Het probleem lag niet bij Self Service.
Wanneer een gebruiker inlogt, wordt er een uniek token gegenereerd en gebruikt om de gebruikers profielgegevens te laden. Het eindpunt van het autorisatieproces mislukte hier.
Het Self Service-team heeft een nieuwe manier ontdekt om dit te doen en hebben deze oplossing zo snel mogelijk geïmplementeerd. Hierdoor kunnen gebruikers weer toegang krijgen tot Self Service.

In de standaard declaratie wordt een Formule uitgevoerd in Post-Bewerking, hoewel niet aan de voorwaarden wordt voldaan (Change 6184911)
In april hebben we een nieuwe functionaliteit toegevoegd aan de standaard declaratie: het toepassen van een formule in de Post-Bewerking. Voorheen was dit niet mogelijk. De formule wordt nu per rij uitgevoerd, op basis van de voorwaarden. Als voorbeeld nemen we de Reisdag (wel = 1, niet = leeg). De Post-Bewerking formule is ingericht op het Data element/Rubriek: FS0040 Afstand met als Post-Bewerking formule:
Als aan de conditie wordt voldaan wordt de waarde ‘1’ ingevuld anders blijft waarde leeg.
We hebben ook een bug opgelost waarbij een formule werd uitgevoerd in de Post-Bewerking, zelfs als niet aan de voorwaarden werd voldaan. Dit probleem is nu verholpen.

Uitlogknop voor medewerkers (VRSSJ-22943)
In de release van 6 mei hebben we voor change 6110079 de uitlogknop voor managers en professionals toegevoegd. Deze functionaliteit is nu ook beschikbaar voor medewerkers.

Print PDF functionaliteit werkt niet meer (Change 6260715)
De print functionaliteit genereerde een HTTP 404 foutboodschap. Dit werd opgelost door het aanpassen van de URL voor deze functionaliteit. Met de Document Viewer binnen Self Service kan een PDF worden geprint vanuit een mutatieoverzicht of vanuit een mutatieformulier. Met deze release wordt de functionaliteit verder verbeterd door het PDF document te tonen in een apart window in plaats van in een frame op het actieve window.

In a workflow on page: Attachments. If you clicked on the Button: Print attachment, you received an error message. This has now been resolved.
Users can't access Self Service (Change 6303744)
A bug was detected in the authentication process validation. The teams involved identified the root cause and determine that the issue raised when moving to use a new cookie. The issue was not in Self Service.

- Authentication process where an unique Token is generated and used to load user profile data
- Authorisation process endpoint failed
In parallel, the Self Service team investigated the possible endpoints we can use to validate the authorisation of the user and discovered a new way to validate it. Self Service implemented a fix to use the new way and released this story ASAP because users couldn’t enter Self Service.

Formula is executed in Post-Bewerking although the conditions are not met (Change 6184911)
In April we added a new functionality to the standard declaration: applying a formula in the Post-Edit. Previously this was not possible. The formula is now executed row by row, based on the conditions. We take the Travel Day as an example (yes = 1, not = empty). The Post-Edit formula is designed for the Data element/Category: FS0040 Distance with the Post-Edit formula:
If the condition is met, the value '1' is filled in, otherwise the value remains empty.
We also fixed a bug where a formula was executed in the Post-Operation even if the conditions were not met. This problem has now been resolved.

Logout button for employees (VRSSJ-22943)
In the May 6 release, we added the logout button for managers and professionals for change 6110079. This functionality is now also available to employees.

Print PDF functionality no longer works (Change 6260715)
The print functionality generated an HTTP 404 error message. This was resolved by adjusting the URL for this functionality. The Document Viewer feature, for printing PDFs from mutation lists and upon opening a mutation form, has been updated. Now, documents will be displayed in a separate tab rather than within an embedded frame.
