Hi @Raymond_de_Rozario and all. Sorry to use English, but I am not a Dutch speaker. I am the end responsible of the IAM services.I see the response by my colleague @Wijnand van Plaggenhoef and I want to start apologising about the issue and as well about the communication, but just yesterday we were able to trace some of the errors reported with what we see in certain monitors, also and to not create false expectations we have not 100% certain that all problems are gone. Also, I have not update my colleague @Anonymous this morning, so it is why she was referring to gather more information, my fault, but all my focus is into solve the problem.
As said we have made some changes in configuration that we expect that solves most of the issues, so we will love to hear from you.
Based on our configuration this should be the expected behaviour:
After login and if working in. Youforce, you should not re-authenticate in 8 hours
If you are 2 hours without make any click, then you should be logged off (here you are getting now an error, we know the root cause and we are working into show the login page but is a little bit more complex than I expected)
If you do have a different behaviour after the changes we have just apply, I will appreciate feedback. And if it still facing problems and you are happy to jump into an English call let me know, also if you can record a har file to get further insights it will be very useful.
