16 november 2022 Medewerker selecteren voor Vervanging niet mogelijk (change 3929648) Een paar weken geleden hebben we het selecteren van Vervanging gewijzigd. Hierbij hebben we de inactieve managers verwijderd uit de selectielijst, omdat deze niet relevant waren om te worden geselecteerd.  Na deze wijziging was het echter niet meer mogelijk om een medewerker te selecteren om iemand te vervangen. Dit is inmiddels opgelost. Als je de mogelijkheid hebt geactiveerd om een medewerker als vervanger te selecteren, kun je de medewerkers weer zien en selecteren. Naam verloftype nu volledig zichtbaar Als je de verloftype tabel opende en een verloftype wilde selecteren was de omschrijving niet volledig zichtbaar. Dit hebben we aangepast, zodat voortaan de volledige omschrijving van het verloftype dat je wilt selecteren zichtbaar is. 10 november 2022 Autorisaties eenmalig opnieuw samengesteld bij inloggen in Self Service In het kader van het verbeteren van de performance van Self Service gaan we vanavond voor alle klanten de volgende aanpassing op de autorisatie berekening doorvoeren. Bij het inloggen in Self Service kan het zijn dat je autorisaties op dat moment opnieuw moeten worden samengesteld, d.w.z. dat de autorisaties opnieuw worden berekend. Dit kan nodig zijn omdat er een wijziging in de autorisatie heeft plaatsgevonden. Melding berekenen autorisaties kan even duren Als je als HR-professional veel autorisaties hebt, zie je voortaan een melding, dat het berekenen van de autorisaties nog even kan duren. Je moet dan wachten totdat dit berekeningsproces is afgerond. Self Service stuurt je dan door naar je Te doen lijst of Startmenu.     Nieuwe autorisaties nu direct zichtbaar Het voordeel van deze nieuwe methode is dat je bij aanpassingen in de autorisaties moet uitloggen, de browser moet afsluiten en vervolgens weer moet inloggen, waarbij de autorisaties opnieuw worden berekend en de nieuwe autorisaties direct zichtbaar zijn.

Nieuwe Proforma berekening Vanaf release 2022-10 is in het menu Beheer > Salarisberekening de nieuwe Proforma berekening beschikbaar. Hiermee is het mogelijk een proformaberekening te maken met elementen die je zelf kunt selecteren. Je kunt de definitie van de berekening opslaan en ervoor kiezen om deze te delen met je collega's.

Modified and Improved 1. Person layer check has been expanded Why From the June release onwards, you can choose how to allocate the UPI to an employee. If, in the screen HR links in the field Link, you selected Person layer (NL), you will see the field Allocate UPI that allows you to use the following linking methods to search for an individual:  Social Security Number (BSN) only Social security number (BSN), birth name and date of birth In other words, the system always searches for the social security number (BSN) first to determine whether there is a person with the same BSN. If you selected the search method BSN, birth name and date of birth, the system checks if the entered employee can be linked to a person based on initials + last name + date of birth. From the July release onwards, we simplified the search methods so you can check more easily when employees and existing persons will be linked. This also allows you to link employees for which you have not entered a BSN to an existing person. Once the correct link has been established, all personal details of the employee are linked and easily retrieved in HR Core Business. How Settings > Data exchange > HR links Henceforth, employees are always linked to a person in the following situations.  Situation Employee with Social Security Number (BSN) Person with Social Security Number (BSN) Will a unique link be made? A No No Yes, by last name, initials and date of birth B Yes No Yes, by last name, initials and date of birth C No Yes Yes, by last name, initials and date of birth D Yes Yes Yes, by last name, initials and date of birth Note The check on birth name and date of birth is case-sensitive. This means that initials+last name+date of birth must match the information on the ID exactly. If the notation is not the same, no link can be made. This may have negative consequences: an employee will be regarded as being new and will be passed on as such to other systems.  This check works well if you supply a (new) employee from HR Self Service. However, if you manually enter a (new) employee in HR Core Business, this check is not always active. The table below shows in which situations the check is not yet complete. Action If the organization has activated Person layer and there are few employees without a social security number, no action is required. Redeliver Portal Management (employee) screen renamed Why The Redeliver Portal Management (employee) screen (Heraanleveren Portaalbeheer (medewerker)) has been renamed because the name did not cover the entire functionality. If you use this feature, you generate a delivery to the Youforce Portal, the Data Warehouse and Talentsuite. How Management > Data exchange > Redeliver other (employee) - NEW As of this release the name of the Redeliver Portal Management (employee) screen has been changed to Redeliver other (employee). We hope this clarifies that this feature allows you to force redelivery of multiple processes. If you are not clear on what a process does exactly, always check the screen’s online help to make sure you have all of the relevant information.  Action No action is required.  Solved Messages 3. Deactivate bank holiday was no longer possible (3526833) Message Settings > Value Cluster > Bank Holiday You could no longer deactivate bank holidays because the system showed an error message as soon as you unchecked a bank holiday. Solution We modified the programming so you can deactivate bank holidays once again. Action No action is required.

Notifications Time for activating person level has been extended Settings > Data exchange > Raet HR links When the person level has been activated through Raet HR links, a conversion takes place. Previously this only happened at 5.30 pm. As of this release a check for any required conversions is performed every 10 minutes to ensure multiple conversions can be enabled in a single evening. Approximately 40 conversion runs are now possible between 5.30 pm and 11.00 pm.  Modified and Improved Procedure regarding removed employees has been modified in view of Ping IDs Why  Sometimes an employee that had been created in HR Core Business and immediately removed again was still passed on to the Portal through the V3 link and provided with a username and a Ping ID. HR Core Business retrieves usernames and Ping IDs from the Portal every 4 hours and stores these. This process cannot be completed when an employee has been removed from HR Core Business. This means that other processes where usernames and Ping IDs are concerned are blocked as well. That is why the procedure for retrieval and storage in HR Core Business has been modified. How  As of release 2022-04 the procedure for retrieval and storage of Ping IDs had been modified and it can be checked whether an employee is still available in HR Core Business. If the employee is not available, he/she will be skipped and the usernames and Ping IDs of other employees are retrieved. Action No action is required.  Raet HR links screen has been renamed to HR links Why Settings > Data exchange > HR links As of this release the name of the Raet HR links menu item and screen has been changed to HR links. Person report has been expanded Why  The Person report now includes additional personal information to facilitate checks.  How Reports > Check > Person report As of the 2022-05 release the Date of birth, Social Security Number and Employee type columns have been added to the Person report. The Person report now contains the following information: Type (P for Person, E for Employee) Person code Person name Company Employee code Employee name Date of birth Social Security Number (BSN) UPI Identity Ping ID Username Employee type Employed Not employed Organizational unit Contract sequence number This report can also be used if your organization does not use the person level. More information can be found in the Online Help through the Person report topic.  Solved Messages  Importing list of values failed (3321525)  Message When importing a list of values through an administration, a file containing more than 60,000 lines was not accepted.  Solution The solution was released on 16 March 2022 through additional maintenance. RVM redistribution screen response is slow (3273245) Message  It took a long time before data was displayed on the RVM redistribution screen.  Solution  As of this release the screen’s responsiveness has been improved.  Modification of WAZO end date (3309267) Message When maternity leave is entered in HR Self Service, the WAZO end date field in HR Core Business is automatically populated with the date of the first working day -1 day. This is how it is described in the Online Help. However, if the date of maternity leave was modified in HR Self Service when the actual delivery date was known and the first working day changed, the date specified in the WAZO end date field in HR Core Business was not automatically changed to reflect this.  Solution HR Core Business has been modified to ensure that when the date of maternity leave is changed in HR Self Service the date shown in the WAZO end date field is always automatically changed to the date of the first working day -1 day.  Note When maternity leave is manually entered and/or changed in HR Core Business, the date in the WAZO end date field must also be specified manually. When sick leave or a child is manually removed, the data in HR Core Business and HR Self Service are not synchronized (3401761) Message When manually removing sick leave or a child, the data were not properly synchronized and the removed sick leave or child remained visible in HR Self Service. Solution This has been resolved. When sick leave or a child is manually removed, the data in HR Self Service are updated. The process of data exchange with HR Self Service has not been modified. The modified data are passed on to HR Self Service during the overnight export process. Action No action is required.

04-04-2022 Not able to select the first form when creating a new dialog (change 398684) When creating a new dialog and trying o select an first form in search screen, the select pop up screen select the first form wasn’t closing anymore. The user could not continue anymore. This is fixed now. User could only see his/her own mutation details on first form in a dialog (change 3406750) The user couldn’t see his/her own mutation details in Done and Archive. They could only see mutation details on the first form and not from the other forms in the same mutation. This is fixed now. Mutations were blocked in document merge process (change 3390160) This change unblocked mutations which were blocked in document merge process because of an error 403. Mutations are blocked when trying to generate a document (change 2999024) This issue is not occurring anymore. The mutations blocked were unblocked on 24/03/2022 in the change 3398986 and the documents were generated. 01-04-2022 Easycruit - HR Self Service integration improvement (change 3382713) Now it's safe to use special characters in the Name Affix field as it no longer causes issues in the Hire Candidate process in HR Self Service.

Notifications Salary slips to external party The Salary slips and annual statements via File API interface, goes live on 1-1-2022. You can purchase this service in consultation with Visma | YouServe. If agreements have been made about this, Visma | Youserve will activate this service for your organization. Once we have done this, you can enable the interface in the application yourself via Settings > Data exchange > Interfaces > Pay slips and annual statements to File API. Note that you have to do this for each company separately. See also the topic Salary slips to third parties in the November release notes. Modified and Improved Change frequency HRCB API Retrieve User names & Ping ID Why  The process for retrieving the user names & Ping ID in HR Core Business ran daily at 11:20 am. Steps in the process: Get user names and save them. Retrieve the Ping IDs of employees who are employed and have a username but no Ping ID. For all future employees without a username and Ping ID: Get the Ping ID. This is done by temporarily retrieving the missing user names and then the Ping ID; the username is not saved. How To prevent delays in this process, we adjusted the frequency of this process on 1-11-2021 through extra maintenance. Instead of once a day at 11.20 am, the process now runs every 4 hours. The new schedule runs as follows: 07:20 11:20 15:20 19:20 23:20 03:20 and then start again at 7:20 am. Action No action is required. Improved My tasks on the Youforce desktop Why We have found that the task list on the desktop of Youforce was very slow and didn't always show all tasks or signals from HR Core. How From this release we have improved the task list on the Youforce desktop and ensured that you see all signals and tasks when you log in to Youforce. Action No action is required. Solved Messages Reports - Day changes in Management Information sometimes not correct (3007114) Message We found that some declarations of day changes were not properly passed on to Management Information (MI). For example, a day change of 30 km has been entered and later an additional declaration of another 30 km is entered with the same date as the previous change. In HR Core Business you see two declarations with a total of 60 km, but in the reports of Management Information you only saw one day change of 30 km. As a result, the information in the reports was incomplete. Solution As of November 13 2021, this problem has been solved. The relevant changes to the day changes have been resubmitted to (MI) Management Information Reports from 1 June, so that the incomplete information has been supplemented with the correct day changes. Action No action is required. The correct information will appear in the Management Information reports when you recreate the relevant report. Performance leave overview in Self Service (2847622) Message Consulting the leave overview in Self Service was often hampered by slow performance. Consulting the Annual Schedule in HR Core Business could also take an unnecessarily long time. Solution We have adjusted the software so that the leave overview in Self Service and the Annual schedule in HR Core Business now appear faster. Action No action is required. New New reference tables added to the HR Data Feed Why Some customers have reported they wanted to link data, but not all reference tables were present to do this. How New table to download has been added on Data Feed to the Entity Organisatorische eenheid. It's called Koppeltabel_Organisatorische_Eenheid_Arbeidscontract. New table to download has been added on Data Feed to the Functie informatie Entity. It's called Koppeltabel_Arbeidscontract_Functie_Informatie. Your action As a customer to make use of the reference tables you need to consume the information and process the new reference tables in your software / integration solution to make use of the information. Improved Reliability of daily updated leave data for ad-hoc reporting is improved Why Some customers have reported that they did not see the latest data when building ad-hoc reports using report models. How We found that the process for updating the data did not work properly. This has been solved. Your action No action is needed. Metric accuracy sickness duration has been improved Why Some customers have reported that they ran the standard reports R-ZK-10000, R-ZK-10010 and R-ZK-10020 for the whole organization. On the last page, there was a big difference in Average sickness duration. We analyzed this and found that these values were incorrect. Improvements Data in the Ziekteverzuim reports were not correct Why When the standard reports R-ZK-10310, R-ZK-10320 and R-ZK-10300 for the month of May 2018 were run, the percentage Deelbetrekking (and the ZVP) was not correct. In the procedure which feeds the standard report R-ZK-10310 in the table variable column definition, the FTE column was declared as Decimal without specifying the decimal points. Therefore it was treated as an integer number and rounded off. How The FTE column mentioned above is now declared as Decimal with specifying the decimal points. Your action No action is needed No future inflow in report R-AL-11000-a Instroom doorstroom en uitstroom Why When the standard report R-AL-11000-a Instroom doorstroom en uitstroom was run, the result didn't show any data, because the report used the current date which did not yield any data. How The problem has been solved. Data is now retrieved by looking at different information. Your action No action is needed Datum uit dienst is missing  Why When a report with current data of the Datum uit dienst was run, for some employees the Datum uit dienst wasn't shown although the Dienstverband indicatie was Uit dienst. How The issue was related to a missing mutation and this has been resolved.  Your action No action is needed Ziekteverzuim rapport R-ZK-10300 does not show all requested data Why When the standard report R-ZK-10300 was run with the request data from 01-12-2018 until today, the Ziekte Tijdvak 31-12-2018 was not always present for all employees. The Reports 10310 and 10320 were also not complete. How Adjusted calculations on the Ziekte Tijdvak field on the standard reports R-ZK-10300.  R-ZK-10300,  R-ZK-10310 and R-ZK-10320 now provides the complete information for each specified period. Verbeterd 1.  Data in de Ziekteverzuim-rapporten waren onjuist Waarom Als de standaardrapporten R-ZK-10310, R-ZK-10320 en R-ZK-10300 voor de maand mei 2018 werden uitgevoerd, waren het Deelbetrekking percentage en de ZVP niet correct. De kolom FTE in het rapport R-ZK-10310 was gedefinieerd als Decimaal zonder de decimale punten te specificeren. Het werd daarom behandeld als heel getal en afgerond. Hoe De kolom FTE is nu gedefinieerd als Decimaal met de decimale punten. Uw actie Er is geen actie nodig. 2.  Geen toekomstige instroom in het rapport R-AL-11000-a Instroom doorstroom en uitstroom Waarom Als het standaardrapport R-AL-11000-a Instroom doorstroom en uitstroom werd uitgevoerd, bevatte het resultaat geen gegevens omdat het rapport  gebruikmaakte van de huidige datum, waarop geen gegevens waren aangemaakt. Hoe Het probleem is opgelost. Er worden nu gegevens opgehaald door naar verschillende datums te kijken. Uw actie Er is geen actie nodig. 3.  Datum uit dienst ontbreekt Waarom Als een rapport wordt uitgevoerd met actuele data voor Datum uit dienst, werd de Datum uit dienst niet weergegeven voor bepaalde medewerkers hoewel de Dienstverband indicatie Uit dienst was. Hoe Dit probleem had te maken met een mutatie die ontbrak en is inmiddels opgelost. Uw actie Er is geen actie nodig. 4.  Ziekteverzuim rapport R-ZK-10300 toont niet alle gevraagde gegevens Waarom Als het standaardrapport R-ZK-10300 werd uitgevoerd met de gevraagde data van 01-12-2018 tot heden, werd Ziekte Tijdvak 31-12-2018 niet altijd getoond voor alle medewerkers. De rapporten 10310 en 10320 waren ook niet compleet. Hoe Aangepaste berekeningen voor het veld Ziekte Tijdvak field in de standaardrapporten R-ZK-10300, R-ZK-10300, R-ZK-10310 en R-ZK-10320 tonen nu complete informatie voor elke opgegeven periode. 27 januari 2025 Dubbele rollen zichtbaar in de workflowdefinitie (Change 7555356) De rollen in de keuzelijst van 'Aanvullende E-mail' binnen de workflowdefinitie worden nu zonder duplicaten weergegeven. In plaats van de beschrijvingen worden nu de codes van de rollen  getoond.     16 januari 2025 Meerdere verlofdata worden niet gesorteerd in tweede verlofformulier bij binnenkomst van APP In Self Service bij het formulier: App - Verlofdagen (2e formulier in verlofaanvraagproces via de App) zag je in de kolom Datum verlofdag niet gesorteerde verlofdata. Deze kolom is nu gesorteerd.     Totaal aantal uren in verlofaanvraag afkomstig van de YouServe App met meerdere decimalen (Change 7567668) In Self Service bij het formulier: HRYou App - Verloftijdvak (1e formulier in aanvraag verlof proces via de App) zag je het totaal aangevraagde verlofuren veld gevuld met een getal zonder afronding. Nu wordt dit getal afgerond.       9 januari 2025 Documenten worden niet naar het personeelsdossier verzonden wanneer een handmatige selectie wordt toegepast in een aparte activiteit van de workflow (Change 7528547) Het probleem doet zich voor wanneer de documenten in één activiteit worden gegenereerd en in een andere activiteit de bestemming wordt ingevuld en de documenten naar het personeelsdossier worden verzonden. Documenten werden niet meer verzonden naar het personeelsdossier. In Self Service werd de laatste activiteit:  Dossier niet afgehandeld. Dit probleem is nu opgelost. De documenten worden nu correct naar het personeelsdossier verzonden. Let op! Als je een workflow hebt ingericht waarbij de documenten in één activiteit worden gegenereerd en in een andere activiteit de bestemming wordt ingevuld en de documenten naar het personeelsdossier worden verzonden, controleer dan of de documenten daadwerkelijk zijn verzonden naar het personeelsdossier. Dit geldt voor de periode van 26 december tot en met vandaag, 9 januari. Wij kunnen dit helaas niet controleren en corrigeren.   2 januari 2025 In het bezettingsoverzicht worden medewerkers weergegeven die niet gerelateerd zijn aan de manager (Change 5810293) In het bezettingsoverzicht in Self Service zag men soms een medewerker die op dat moment niet op de betreffende afdeling stond. We tonen nu altijd de informatie van de oorspronkelijke gelinkte afdeling die bij de betreffende medewerker mutatie hoort.   ENGLISH TRANSLATION January 27 2025 Roles duplicated in Workflow definition (Change 7555356) The roles in the selection list of 'Additional Email' within the workflow definition are now displayed without duplicates. This column is now sorted. Total hours in leave request coming from YouServe app with several decimals (Change 7567668) In Self Service at the form: HRYou App - Leave period (1st form in leave application process via the App) you saw the total requested leave hours field filled with a number without rounding. Now this number is rounded.   January 9, 2025 Documents are not sent to the personnel file when a manual selection is applied in a separate activity of the workflow (Change 7528547) The problem occurs when the documents are generated in one activity and the destination is filled in in another activity and the documents are sent to the personnel file. Documents were no longer sent to the personnel file. In Self Service, the last activity:  File was not processed. This problem has now been resolved. The documents are now correctly sent to the personnel file. Please note! If you have set up a workflow where the documents are generated in one activity and the destination is filled in in another activity and the documents are sent to the personnel file, check whether the documents have actually been sent to the personnel file. This applies to the period from December 26 to today, January 9. Unfortunately, we cannot check and correct this.   January 2nd 2025 Occupancy overview shows employees that are not related to the manager (Change 5810293) In the occupation overview in Self Service, one sometimes saw an employee who was not currently in the relevant department. We now always show the information of the original linked department that belongs to the relevant employee change.
